While we didn't love this campground, the family that owns it was wonderful soI hate to say anything negative. It certainly served its purpose as a place to park, but for us, there were a few draw backs. We weren't familiar with the area and that was the biggest negative of the campground. It was a relatively short drive to Goodlettsville (where there was access to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores) but we were looking to be closer to Nashville. This campground was just too far away for it to be convenient/worth it. We were also there in November, which turns out, isn't a great time of year weather-wise. The site was good sized but we did have to do a little maneuvering because it was a back-in site and we had a 26ft trailer we pulled behind us. The dog run is very small, dirt, and really the only option for letting your pup out. I'd use it for quick trips, but otherwise would load Leila into the truck and head to a larger dog park in Goodlettsville.  We will probably not return to this campground, but do wish nothing but the best to the family who owns it.
