We only spent a couple days here but we had a great experience. We were lucky enough to be in a larger corner site which had an awesome area for a picnic table and fire ring. We were able to set up our camping chairs and enjoy some laughs around the fire which was wonderful! The short walk to the beach was easy and lead to a beautiful stretch of beach. We were there at a terrible time of year and it was extremely windy and rainy, but beautiful none-the-less and I can only imagine what a nice summer or fall day would have felt like. One of the best things about this park was its proximity to the breathtaking Oregon coast. From Nehalem we went north exploring one day, and south the next, both of which offered some of the most spectacular views. This is a really perfect place to stay for taking in all the sites that Oregon's coast has to offer.
